Financial Support,Regional Market Integration and Value Chain Promotion

本文通过构建理论机制和实证模型验证了金融支持与区域市场整合对价值链提升的影响作用。研究表明:金融支持和区域市场整合在促进价值链的提升上存在互补性,金融支持强化了区域市场整合对价值链的推动作用。金融支持对价值链的提升随时间而增强,区域市场整合对价值链的提升作用则相反。金融支持对价值链的影响在东部更为明显,区域市场整合对内陆地区价值链的影响则较大。在金融控制程度低的地区,金融支持对区域市场整合促进价值链提升的强化作用,要大于在市场整合度强的地区市场整合对金融支持促进价值链提升的强化影响。研究意味着降低金融控制,不仅可以直接影响金融支持对价值链的提升效果,而且还可能会发挥金融支持潜在对区域市场整合促进价值链提升的强化作用。

This paper researches the promotion effect of financial support and regional market integration to value chain through theoretical mechanisms and empirical model. We find conclusions as follows： the promotion effect between financial support and regional market integration to value chain is supplementary, the effect of regional market integration to value chain is strengthened by financial support. The influence of financial support to value chain is increased along with time lasted, the influence of regional market integration to value chain is reversely decreased. The promotion influence of financial support to value chain is distinguished in eastern regions, this influence of regional market integration to value chain is reversely apparent in inland areas. The financial support＇s strengthened effect of regional market integration to value chain in lower financial control regions is larger than the market integration＇s strengthened effect of financial support to value chain in higher integration regions. This paper shows that with decreased financial control extent, this practice can not only directly upgrade the effect of financial support to value chain, but also indirectly increase the promotion effect of regional market integration to value chain strengthened by financial support.
