摘要 开发出 2 0 Mn Si钢的静态再结晶数学模型 ,与实测相比该模型不但具有较高的精度 ,而且与棒材热连轧时变形奥氏体的再结晶规律符合得较好 ; This paper has developed a model of static recrystallization for 20MnSi steel.Compared with actual value,the model has not only a high precision,but also preferably corresponds to the austenitic recrystallization in deformed processing of the hot continuous rolling of bars for this steel.It has been described of the successful use in practice on controlled the grain size of ferrite after rolling and the prediction of rolling force.
