摘要
为了减少人工作业,提高钻井生产精确性,保证安全生产,设计了一种钻机自动化控制系统。将现场总线技术、矢量控制变频调速技术应用到石油钻机的司钻控制系统中,提高钻机的自动化水平,并采用BP神经网络控制技术,实现钻机高性能驱动,以期能够提供成熟的一体化钻井的解决方案。仿真测试验证了所设计的系统的有效性。
In order to reduce the manual operation, improve the drilling precision, and guarantee production safety, this paper designs a new kind of automatic control system for oil drilling machine. The field bus technology and vector control technology have been applied to the oil rig driller control system to improve the level of automation of drilling rig. The BP neural network control technology is adopted to implement high-performance of drilling rig control. This system is expected to be able to provide mature integration solutions in practice. The effectiveness of the system is verified by the simulation test.
