With the rapid development of social economy, the construction of water conservancy project level increased year by year, the construction management requirements are increasingly strict. Because of water conservancy project is a complex project, involving project content more widely, which has a great influence on the construction of water conservancy project. In this paper, according to the characteristics of water conservancy construction management, analysis of the use of modern digital technology in water conservancy construction management, establish effective supervision system, and improving the level of water conservancy construction management.
