摘要
在横向剪切干涉技术的基础上 ,讨论了几种波面重建的方法 .分析表明 ,斜率法快速、简单 ,但精度受剪切量的大小、波面复位等影响较大 ;里默法精度高 ,但计算量太大 ,不适合实时处理 ;矩阵求逆法精度介于两者之间 。
On the base of the lateral shear interferometry, different methods of shearing wave front reconstruction are described in this paper. The results show that slope method is simple and fast, but easily influenced by the range of shear,restoration of shear wave and so on; Rimmer method's precision is high, but its computation amount is too large to use in real time processing;matrix inverse's precision is between them, and its computation amount is much less than the Rimmer's.
