二茂铁甲酸及其衍生物的研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress of ferrocenecarboxylic acid and its derivatives

摘要 阐述了二茂铁甲酸衍生物在聚合物材料、生物传感器、电分析化学、修饰电极、功能性材料等方面应用现状。分析了二茂铁甲酸类金属有机化合物的特点,即电子传递可逆,容易产生特征官能团,化学稳定性好,所含茂环的位阻作用可以很好的保护氧化还原中心的铁离子,具有良好的生物活性和亲脂性。最后对这类化合物在各方面的应用,发展趋势进行展望。 The application researches of ferrocenecarboxylic acid in polymer materials, biosensors, electro- analytical chemistry, modified electrodes and functional materials were stated. Finally analyzed the advan- tages of ferrocenecarboxylic acid and its derivatives:fast reversible electron transfer, easily functionalized, stable in non-oxidizing environments, lipophilic, compact, and does not greatly modify the pharmacological properties of the molecules. Furthermore ,upon oxidation the positive charge on the iron center is partially shielded by the cyclopentadienyl ligands. The prospects for these compounds applications in various as- pects were proposed.
