摘要
分析原金刚石滚轮的使用情况,设计了一种能修整多种双沟道磨削砂轮的多沟金刚石滚轮。滚轮外径面设计成10条具有不同沟曲率、沟心距和沟阶深的沟形,能够适应小批量、多品种的双沟道磨削砂轮的修整。
The use condition of the original diamond roller is analyzed,and a multi-groove diamond roller is designed for finishing various double raceway grinding wheels.The outer diameter surface of the roller is designed to ten groove shape with different groove curvature,groove central distance and groove shoulder depth,which is able to finish the small batch and many varieties of double raceway grinding wheels.
