摘要
本文通过梳理印度能源供需的历史数据,分析了印度经济发展与能源消耗之间的关系,并结合印度"十二五"规划对印度经济增长和能源消耗进行了预测。本文认为,印度未来经济增长将不可避免的遭遇制造业发展所带来的能源消耗瓶颈,要保证理想的经济增长速度就必须先确保能源供应安全。为此,本文最后对印度能源政策以及应对经济增长过程中能源约束的具体策略进行了总结和分析。
In recent years,India's economy has developed fast with increasing energy consumption.The emerging question is whether the economic growth will encounter the energy consumption bottleneck in the future.This paper examines the correlation between economic development and energy consumption on the basis of the historical data and anticipates a future trajectory by analysizing India's' Twelfth Five Year Plan'.It argues that India's future economic growth will inevitably encounter energy consumption constraints caused by the booming manufacturing and has to be supported by a feasible energy security strategy.
