豆蔻粉敷脐治疗胸腰椎骨折术后腹胀疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Umbilical Application of Nutmeg Powder in Treating Abdominal Distention After Thoracolumbar Fracture Surgery

目的观察豆蔻粉敷脐治疗胸腰椎骨折术后腹胀的疗效。方法将92例胸腰椎骨折术后腹胀患者按出现腹胀的先后顺序随机分成两组,对照组46例采取常规护理干预,观察组46例在常规护理基础上行豆蔻粉敷脐治疗。观察两组患者的疗效。结果观察组总有效率为95.7%,对照组总有效率为58.7%,两组疗效经秩和检验,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论豆蔻粉敷脐治疗胸腰椎骨折术后腹胀效果确切。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of umbilical application of nutmeg powder in treating abdominal distention after thoracolumbar spine surgery. Method Ninety-two patients with abdominal distention after thoracolumbar fracture surgery were allocated to two groups. The control group of 46 patients received routine nursing intervention. The observation group of 46 patients received umbilical application of nutmeg powder in addition to routine nursing intervention. The therapeutic effects on abdominal distention were evaluated in the two groups. Result The total efficacy rate was 95.7% in the observation group and 58.7% in the control group. It was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（P0.01）. Conclusion Umbilical application of nutmeg powder has a definite therapeutic effect on abdominal distention after thoracolumbar fracture surgery.
