摘要
激励是人力资本使用和开发中的一个永恒主题。激励效果取决于员工对激励方式、方法的认知、认同和满意程度。由于企业性质不同,采取的激励手段不同,取得的激励效果也各不相同。本文以东方航空公司为例,通过实证调查研究在国有企业中哪些因素更有激励性,研究发现:在各种激励因素中,员工对直接经济报酬的满足程度小于间接经济报酬和非经济报酬;对关键岗位员工的激励有效性低于非关键岗位员工;来自组织和来自工作这两项非经济性激励因素的激励性较高。
Motivation is one of the eternal themes in human capital usage and development. The effectiveness of the motivation closely depends on employees' recognitions and satisfactions to the motivation methods. The ways of motivation varies with enterprise property types, so does the effectiveness of motivation. Taking Eastern Airlines as an example, this empirical study focuses on the factors of affecting the motivation most. The results through questionnaire show that the satisfaction to the Direct Economic Remuneration is less than the satisfaction to the Indirect Economic Remuneration and the Non - Economic Remuneration; the effectiveness and the satisfaction to the core human resources is less than those to non -core human resources; and the mo- tivation of non - economic factors including Organization factor and Job factor is higher.
