With the mature development of logistics industry in developed countries, the market competition is mainly embodied in the enterprise competition of supply chain management level. Supply chain is a new management model, which attracts more and more attention from the domestic logistics enterprises and also brings new requests to the domestic logistics enterprise man- agement. Based on the survey, the paper makes a detailed review on the performance of Zibo logistics enterprises and con- ducts a deep analysis of existing problems in the development of logistics enterprises in Zibo. From the micro and macro perspectives, it puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for Zibo government and its logistics enterprises to obtain the competitive advantage in the global supply chain market and promote the sustained and healthy development of the logistics market in Zibo.
