摘要
在云时代背景下,小微企业面对日益紧迫的信息化需求,如何通过人力资源开发的云应用合理配置企业人才资源、理顺管理体系、顺应市场需求成为当前我国小微企业所亟需解决的问题。小微企业人力资源开发面临着重重困境,本文在阐述小微企业人力资源开发云应用优势的基础上,针对云管理时代小微企业人力资源开发存在的不足和弊端,提出了建设小微企业人力资源开发云管理平台的建议和对策,旨在促进小微企业人力资源开发。
As small and micro enterprises face increasingly urgent demands for information in the background of the cloud era, how to rationally allocate human resources, improve the management system and meet the market demands has become an urgent problem to be solved for our small and micro enterprises. The small and micro enterprises are facing many difficulties in human resource development. This paper describes the cloud applications of human resource development of small and micro enterprises, and based on the disadvantages of human resource development of small and micro enterprises in the cloud management era, puts forwards the suggestions and countermeasures of building the cloud management platform for human resource development of small and micro enterprises platform in order to promote human resource development of small and micro enterprises.
