摘要
为了满足低压电器的通信需求,提出了一种应用Modbus RTU协议的智能断路器设计方法。论述了智能断路器的系统组成和智能控制器的工作原理。详细介绍了Modbus通信模块的实现方法,包括通信接口电路的设计、Modbus帧处理以及数据校验程序设计。测试结果表明,设计的智能断路器具有通信准确、保护可靠、抗干扰能力强等特点。
In order to meet the needs of low voltage electrical apparatus communication function, a design method of intelligent circuit breaker based on Modbus RTU protocol was proposed. The system components and the principle of intelligent controller were discussed. The realization methods of the communication module were introduced in detail ,including the design of interface circuit, Modbus frame processing and program design of data checking. The test resahs show that the intelligent low voltage circuit breaker has advantages of accurate communication function, reliable protection, and the properties of strong anti-interference.
