摘要
针对大规模光伏电站接入电网而引起的并网点电压不稳定问题,提出了一种光伏电站的无功电压协调控制策略。该策略是以并网点电压维持在一定水平为依据,根据计算所得的光伏电站并网点的无功需求,对光伏电站的所有无功功率集中协调控制。通过无功协调控制器下发协调控制指令给光伏电站内电容电抗、每台光伏逆变器和无功补偿装置,获得合理的无功功率分配,维持光伏电站并网点的电压稳定。仿真结果验证该策略的可行性和有效性。
A coordinated control strategy for reactive power/voltage of photovoltaic power station was proposed to solve the point of interconnection voltage instability issue in power grid with large-scale photovoltaic station integrated. The proposed control strategy was to maintain the point of interconnection voltage at a certain level, based on the reactive power demand of the calculated the point of interconnection photovoltaic station, and coordinated control all reactive powers in the photovoltaic station. Reactive power coordinated eontroled commands were issued by coordinated reactive controller to eapactive reactors,each photovohaic inverters and reactive power compensation devices to obtain a reasonable allocation of reactive power to maintain the point of interconnection photovoltaic voltage stability. The simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy were verified.
