摘要 研究了结合剂粒度对低温陶瓷结合剂SG砂轮性能的影响。实验结果表明,在传统生产工艺和生产成本基本不变的情况下,采取以下措施,砂轮性能可得到不同程度的提高:(1)结合剂过120目筛与400目筛相比,抗折强度由19.85MPa提高到21.62MPa,提高了8.92%;抗拉强度由38.7MPa提高到54.8MPa,提高了41.6%;硬度平均提高近一级;(2)黏土、长石等结合剂原材料球磨并过120目筛后,炼制的结合剂过180目筛、320目筛、400目筛后所得的结合剂相比,结合剂自身性能有很大的变化,主要表现在:①结合剂的耐火度由768℃降低到680℃,②烧结范围由70℃降低到40℃,③结合剂的流动性由145Voo增加到210%;(3)在一定烧成制度下,结合剂粒度控制在180~320目范围内,有利于低温陶瓷结合剂砂轮磨削性能的提高。 The effect of particle size on performance of low-temperature vitrified bond SG grinding wheel is studied. Results show that wheel performance could be enhanced using the following measures without changing the conventional production process and production costs: (1) if sieved through a 120 mesh sieve other than a 400 one, bond' s performance is increased, such as bending strength from 19.85 MPa to 21.62 MPa (an 8.92 % increase), the tensile strength from 38.7 MPa to 54.8 MPa (a 41.6 % increase) and hardness increased by one degree; (2) if sieved through a 120 mesh sieve other than 180^#, 320^# or 400^# ones, clay and feldspar's properties are largely changed, including refractoriness of bond from 768 ℃ to 680 ℃, sintering temperature from 70 ℃ to 40 ℃ and liquidity from 145% to 210% ; (3) under certain sintering conditions, it is good for the performances of the low-temperature vitrified bond SG grinding wheel to control the bond size between 180^# to 320^# .
