上海市静安区白领女性生命质量状况及影响因素分析

Analysis on life quality and influencing factors of white-collar females in Jing-an district of Shanghai

目的了解上海市静安区白领女性生命质量状况及其影响因素。方法选择在静安区工作的、在白领驿家参加活动的494位白领女性进行横断面调查。采用一般资料问卷、健康状况问卷(SF-36)等收集资料,用SPSS17.0统计软件进行分析。结果 494位白领女性生理功能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、一般健康(GH)、活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)、精神健康(MH)得分分别为(87.59±15.71)、(85.12±28.68)、(88.46±13.34)、(71.78±17.97)、(73.10±13.92)、(86.19±16.08)、(80.09±33.40)和(70.39±13.94)分。多因素逐步回归分析显示,年龄、职业、文化程度和收入是影响白领女性生命质量状况的主要因素。结论上海市静安区白领女性总体生命质量良好,生理健康状况优于心理健康状况。应针对影响生理健康、心理健康和总评分的主要因素对白领女性采取不同侧重点的卫生保健措施和健康教育,尤其是对该人群进行心理健康教育是卫生服务工作一项不容忽视的任务。

Objective To investigate the life quality and influencing factors of white-collar females in Jing-an district of Shanghai. Methods The section investigation was performed for 494 white-collar females from Jing-an district. The data was collected with the general information questionnaire, health questionnaire （SF-36 form）. Results The scores of physiological function （PF）, physiological role （PR）, body pain （BP）, general health （GH）, vitality （VT）, social function （SF）, emotional role （ER） and mental health （MH） in 494 subjects were 87.59±15.71, 85.12±28.68, 88.46±13.34, 71.78±17.97, 73.10±13.92, 86.19±16.08, 80.09±33.40 and 70.39±13.94, respectively. The multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the age, occupation, educational level and income were the main influencing factors for life quality of white-collar females from Jing-an district. Conclusion In general, the life quality of white-collar females from Jing-an district is well, and physiological health status is better than mental health status. The health care and health education should focus on the main factors influencing the physiological health, mental health and total score. The mental health education for residents is an important task of health service.
