文章探讨了"延伸生产者责任制(EPR)"的产生背景及其内涵,考察了EPR在德国报废汽车回收再利用中的应用,并根据我国报废汽车回收利用行业的现状和问题,提出了相关的政策建议。
This article studies the background and connotation of Extended Producer Responsibility （EPR）, analyzes its application in the Germany＇s end-of-life vehicles recycling system, and based some suggestions on the current situation and problems of China＇s end-of-life vehicles recycling.
