摘要
为了研究腐植酸微生物菌剂在连作马铃薯上的应用效果,本研究采用沟施(处理1)及拌种(处理2)两种方法,研究了腐植酸微生物菌剂对连作马铃薯的抗病促生作用。试验结果表明:施用腐植酸微生物菌剂改善了马铃薯连作土壤的基本性状;施用腐植酸微生物菌剂与对照(处理3)相比,有效促进了连作马铃薯的生长发育,提高了马铃薯的保苗率,增强了马铃薯的抗病性;处理1与处理2与对照相比,增产效果显著,分别增产13.54%和17.00%;处理1和处理2间差异不显著。
Cropping potato, furrow and seed dressing were used to study on the effect of microbial inoculants with hu-mic acid on continuous disease-resistant and growth of continuous cropping potato. The results showed that microbial inoculants with humic acid could improve the soil condition of continuous cropping potato. It could promote the growth and development of potato, by improving seeding survival rate of potato and enhancing disease resistance. Moreover, treatment 1 and treatment 2 with humic acid microbial inoculants fertilizer increased the yield of potato by 13.54%and 17.00%compared with CK, respectively. While there were no signiifcant differences between treatment 1 and treatment 2.
