摘要
分析了制约大宗生产资料发展的因素,介绍了淮矿物流公司的"平台+基地"模式在生产资料流通领域电子商务的大胆创新和重要突破。认为,通过构建全新的"平台+基地"供应链管理模式,不但缩减了交易环节,降低了交易成本,而且使企业的物流产业优化社会资源的特性得到了充分发挥,同时还推进了大宗生产资料流通体系的构建。
The paper analyzed the factors restricted to the development of the primary production material and introduced the bold innovation and important breakthrough of the ＂platform ＋ base＂ mode of Huaibei Mine Logistics Company to the e-business of primary production material circulation area. With the establishment of the brand new management mode of ＂platform ＋ base＂ supply chain, the trading links could not only reduced, but also the trading cost could be reduced. The op- timized social resources features of the logistics industry could be fully played and the establishment of the primary production material circulation system could be promoted.
