摘要
健康是保持警察活力和战斗力的基础,然而在陈旧观念的支配下,警察身心健康状况堪忧。研究发现,构成警察劳累过度而猝死的原因,大都出于警察对健康知识、健康素养和健身锻炼的无知。为了改变这种状况,归纳提出:一、主动接受健康教育,提高健康素养,让更多的警察学习和掌握一些健康知识和技能,既能自救,又能救人;二、主动参与健身锻炼,增强健康体质,唤起更多的警察投入到大众健身的行列中去,既能强身健体,促进健康,还能避免无谓的伤亡。
Health is the basis for police to keep vigor and fighting capacity, however, the physical and psychological health of police is in the worrying condition, which, according to the research ,mainly result from ignorance to health knowledge, sports methods and scientific exercises.To change the state, the article puts forward the following measures: firstly, to actively receive heath education and improve heath consciousness, to learn and grasp more health knowledge and skill so as to help others as well as themselves. Besides, to actively take part in the keep-fit exercises and enhance health quality so as to avoid meaningless injuries and deaths.
