两种方法治疗主动脉夹层时高血压的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Two Methods in the Treatment of Hypertension in Aortic Dissection

目的 进一步研究和探讨临床治疗主动脉夹层时高血压的可靠方法.方法 本文以我院2010-12～ 2012-12间收治的84例主动脉夹层时高血压患者为研究对象,随机将其分成两组,分别为拉贝洛尔组和尼卡地平组,每组各42例患者.观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果 两组患者采用不同方法进行治疗后,总有效率组间比较,拉贝洛尔组的总有效率显著高于尼卡地平组的总有效率,并且组间数据差异具有统计学意义（Х^2=8.47,P＜0.05）.结论 在临床治疗主动脉夹层时高血压的过程中,采用拉贝洛尔进行治疗临床效果更显著,具有更好的临床应用和推广价值.

Objective To research and explore of reliable clinical treatment measures of aortic dissection of hypertension. Methods 84 cases with hypertension in aortic dissection in the hospital from December, 2010 to December, 2012 were selected as the objects , and patients were randomly divided into two groups respectively： the labetalol group and nicardipine group, with 42 patients in each group. La- betalol group were treated with labetalol, and nicardipine group were treated with nieardipine. Clinical observation of the therapeutic effect of two groups was compared after different treatment. Results Patients were treated by different methods. The total efficiency comparison was done between groups. The total effective rate of labetalol group was significantly higher than patients in nicardipine group, and the data were statistically significant （Х^2 = 8.47, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion In the process of hypertension in clinical treatment of aortic dissection, and compared with nieardipine labetalol group, labetalol treatment was used significantly, with better clinical application and popularization value.
