宁夏春小麦抗盐生理研究

STUDIES ON THE SALT TOLERANCE PHYSIOLOGY OF SPRING WHEAT IN NINGXIA

研究了四个春小麦品种在 0 .6 %NaCl胁迫下的光合速率 (Pn)、叶绿素荧光 (Fv/Fm)和根 /冠值三项生理指标及产量性状的变化。结果表明 :盐胁迫下各小麦品种光合速率 (Pn)、叶绿素荧光 (Fv/Fm)和对照相比均降低 ,而根 /冠值均增大 ,并且各生理指标的变化幅度随春小麦品种的不同而有较大差异。研究还表明 ,这三项生理性状间存在显著相关性 ,生理性状和株高呈显著负相关 ,Pn、根 /冠和产量性状呈正相关 ,而Fv/Fm与产量性状间相关性不强。

Study on changes of photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll fluorence, root top ratio and yield characteristice treated with 0.6% NaCl salinity of four spring wheat varieties. The results showed that photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll fluorescence of wheat varities decreased,root top ratio increased, changes of physiological characteristics exists an obvious differences among varieties under salt stress. There were relationship among physiological characteristics, three physiological characters were significant negative correlated with plant height, photosynthetic rate and root topratio had positive correlation with yield characteristic, there were no correlation between chlorophyll fluorescence with yield character.
