基体匹配法和内标法-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱测定铸造锌合金中高含量铝和铜光谱干扰校正的比较 被引量:32

摘要 从铸造锌合金中铝和铜含量的测定准确度、精密度和回收率方面,比较了用基体匹配法和内标法校正电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定铸造锌合金中高含量铝和铜的光谱干扰效果。结果表明:基体匹配法在测定铸造锌合金中铝的相对误差小于0.4%,较内标法低,回收率稳定在105%~108%之间;内标法测定铝和铜时的相对标准偏差在0.2%~0.5%之间,明显低于基体匹配法,其中以钪(Sc)作为内标元素测定铜的准确度、精密度和回收率均较高,而以Y作为内标元素测定铝的效果较好。 The spectral interference correction in the determination of high content aluminum and cop- per in casting zinc alloy by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with matrix matching method and internal standard method was compared from the aspects of accuracy, precision and recovery of the determination of aluminum and copper in casting zinc alloy. The results showed that the relative error of matrix matching method determination of aluminum in casting zinc al- loy was less than 0.4%, which was lower than that of internal standard method; the recovery was kept stable between 105^-108%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the determination of alu- minum and copper by internal standard method was between 0.2 %-0.5 ~, obviously lower than that of matrix matching method. The accuracy, precision and recovery of copper with Sc as internal stand- ard element were comparatively higher, and the determination results of aluminum with Y as internal standard element was better.
