摘要
介绍了声辐射ODS在涡旋压缩机噪声测试中的应用方法,在结构声辐射原理的基础上,通过对压缩机振动噪声谱及声辐射分析,确定对总噪声贡献最大的频率段;然后选取优势频率画出涡旋压缩机ODS图,根据ODS图及参考点与选取测试点相干函数对测点进行优化提高测试效率;最后通过对优势频率下的涡旋压缩机ODS图进行分析对结构进行优化,最终达到减振降噪的目的。
This paper introduced the application method of acoustic radiation ODS in the noise of scroll compressor in the test.Based on the principle of acoustic radiation,the largest frequency band contribution to the total noise was determined by analyzing the compressor vibration and noise spectrum.Then,select the dominant frequency to plot scroll compressor ODS modal diagram.According to the modal view and select the reference point and test point coherence function,the optimization was carried out on the measured point to improve test efficiency.Finally,based on analyzing the scroll compressor ODS modal diagram under the dominant frequency,its structure was optimized and the purpose of noise and vibration reduction was achieved.
