摘要
设计了基于MG25Q6ES42 IGBT功率模块的三相电压型变频装置,实现直流-交流逆变功能,系统硬件包括IGBT驱动电路、检测电路、故障报警电路及死区电路,给出了电路原理图,对硬件原理进行了必要的分析。在所设计平台上进行了直流-交流变频实验,实验结果表明了所设计装置的有效性和可行性,该系统对变频器实验平台的设计具有一定的参考价值。
The three-phase voltage source inverter hardware system was presented,which it was based on MG25Q6ES42 IGBT power module.The function of the system was DC-AC power transform.The system hardware including IGBT driving circuit and detection circuit,circuit for malfunction alarm and dead time circuit were designed too.The schematic diagram of hardware was presented.The principle of hardware circuit has also been introduced.The experiments of DC-AC invert have been done on the platform.The experiment results confirmed that the designed system was valid and feasible.This system has been certain reference value for the inverter platform design.
