摘要
试验旨在研究添加不同浓度的竹叶黄酮对持续高温状态下肉仔鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响。选用7日龄AA肉仔母雏150只,随机分为5个组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只;对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1~4组分别在基础日粮中添加0.4、0.8、1.6、3.2g/(kg·d)的竹叶黄酮,试验期35d[环境温度(30±2)℃],结果表明:随着竹叶黄酮浓度的增加,肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能有提高的趋势,试验3组、4组与对照组相比料重比差异极显著(P〈O.01);试验3组与对照组的胸肌率、腿肌率、腹脂率、半净膛率和全净膛率相比较差异显著(P〈0.05)。可见,日粮中添加一定量的竹叶黄酮对持续高温状态下的肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能有一定的改善作用,以1.6g/(kg·d)添加水平为最佳。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of bambooleatLflavonoid on the growlh and slaughter performance in broilers under lhe continued Ileal stress. In the present study, we adopled 150 female AA broilers on 7 d old and randomly seperated them inlo five groups. All chicks were raised in (30±2) ℃ environment for 35 d. The control group was fed basal diet and the experiment groups were fed diets with added bamboo-leaf-tlavonoid [0.4,0.8,1.6,3.2 g/(kg, d) respeetively]. The resuhs showed that lhe growth and slaughter performance were improved as the bamboo-leaf-flavonoid increased. FCR in the third and fourlh groups were significantly higher than that of eonhol group (P〈0.01). There were significant differences between the third group and ontrol group in peeloralis ratio, erureus ratio, semi-eviscerated carcass rate, eviscerated carcass rate and intermuseular fat width (P〈0.05). The results demonstrated that the the growth and slaughter performance in broilers under the continued heat stress could be improved by adding suitable amounts of bamboo-leaf-flavonoid on diets, and we recommand tbe best dosage is 1.6 g/(kg·d).
