This paper reviews on the composition and nutritional value and utilization of corn and soybeans co-products from the dry grinding, wet milling, or dry milling industry, such as distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS), high protein distillers dried grain (HP-DDG), corn germ, corn gluten meal, corn gluten feed, corn germ meal, hominy feed, conventional soybean meal, extruded-expelled soybean meal, soybean meal produced from high-protein, soybean meal produced from low-oligosaccharide soybeans, enzymatically treated soybean meal, fermented soybean meal , soy protein concentrate, soy protein isolate. And it also reviews on the the composition and nutritional value and utilization of some alternative proteins, such as duckweed, microalgae, and single cell protein.
