天津市商务人才建设问题研究

摘要 近年来,天津商务人才工作紧紧围绕服务滨海新区开发开放和构建与中央对天津定位相适应的商务发展新格局的需要,加快实施"人才强商"战略取得了显著成效。但也存在着队伍建设结构性矛盾、人才评价体系与引进机制不够完善等问题。因此,要积极做好把握人才发展方向,不断完善商务人才工作机制;着力实施重点目标任务,全面建设商务人才队伍等工作。 In recent years, the building of business talents in Tianjin has been revolving around the task of serving the development and opening-up of Tianjin Binhai New Area and satisfying the need to establish a new pattern of commercial development suited to the new positioning of Tianjin set by the central government. Some remarkable achievements have been made in implementing the strategy of "strengthening commerce through human resources". However, there are still some problems, including structural imbalance of the talent team and deficiency of the system of talent assessment and introduction. Therefore, we should strive to well orient the talent development trend, improve the working mechanism of training business professionals, focus on key tasks and build a team of business talents in an all-around way.
