高效液相色谱法测定复方芦丁片中维生素C的含量

Determination of vitamin C in Compound Rutin Tablets by HPLC

目的：建立复方芦丁片中维生素C含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，0.02mol· L^-1乙酸铵溶液-甲醇（95∶5）为流动相；流速为1.0mL· min^-1；检测波长为267nm。结果维生素C的质量浓度在0.01～0.10mg· mL^-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r＝0.9999，平均回收率为98.38％，RSD为0.96％。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于测定复方芦丁片中维生素C的含量。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of vitamin C in Compound Rutin Tab-lets.METHODS Determining the content of Vitamin C by HPLC ,the mobile phase was 0.02 mol· L^-1 ammonium acetate-methanol （ 95∶5 , v/v ） solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1;The detection wavelength was at 267nm.RESULTS The 1inear response range was 0.01~0.10mg· mL -1 of rutin（r=0.9999）.The average re-coveries of vitamin C was 98.38%,RSD=0.96%.CONCLUSION The method is convenient ,accurate and repro-ducible.It can be suitable for the determination of vitamin C in Compound Rutin Tablets.
