摘要 为应对仅考虑单一指标的配电网重构的局限性,提出基于网损、负荷均衡及电压质量协调最优的含分布式电源配电网重构模型,并运用免疫遗传算法对其求解,算法中采用基于环的染色体编码方式和交叉变异操作,同时引进免疫算法中的免疫记忆和免疫克隆算子,并提出基于矢量距浓度的选择率、交叉率、变异率和克隆率,选取IEEE33和IEEE69节点配电系统为例进行仿真,分析分布式电源接入对网络的影响,并将文中算法与其他算法进行比较以说明该算法的可行性和有效性。 In order to solve the limitation due to single index of the distribution network reconfiguration considering just a single indicator,this paper proposes a novel model which can deal with network loss,load balance and optimal voltage quality.On the basis of the ring,the algorithm utilizes novel chromosome encoding,crossover and mutation operations,then introduces the immunological memory and immune clone operator to enhance the efficiency of the algorithm,and puts forward the distance-vector based chromosome concentration control,and boosts the selection rate,crossover rate,mutation rate and clone rate through the concentration of the vector distance to solve the distribution network reconfiguration.Via the IEEE33 and IEEE 69 node distribution system,the influence of the DG,can be illustrated and the proposed algorithm and the related algorithms can be compared to indicate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
