计及机组不确定损耗成本的鲁棒安全经济调度 被引量:2

摘要 基于线性鲁棒优化方法提出一种考虑"不确定损耗成本"的安全约束经济调度模型。该模型计及了由于外界条件不确定性使机组煤耗产生附加值对经济调度结果的影响,采用"盒式"不确定集合表示发电成本函数的不确定性,利用线性鲁棒优化理论构建调度模型,并运用对偶优化理论对其进行简化。根据文中所构建的模型可得到一个随着发电成本函数扰动不同而调度结果不同的区域,独立系统运行员ISO(independent system operator)根据系统的实际情况合理确定系统扰动指标在该区域进行调度。最后,以改进的IEEE-30节点系统为例,检验了所构建模型的合理性及可行性。 On the basis of linear robust optimization,this paper proposed a economical dispatch model with security constraints which can deal with "uncertain loss cost".This model asserts that the external uncertainty brings about incremental effects on unit coal consumption,and then consequently begets repercussions on economical dispatch.Moreover,the uncertainty in cost function of generation has been described by "box-style" uncertain set,and the model which originates from linear robust optimization has been simplified via dual optimization theory.Additionally,the model in this paper results in a zone in which the actual dispatch varies with the perturbation in cost function of generation,hence the independent system operator (ISO) can properly ascertain the perturbation index according to the practicalities of grid,then implement the dispatch.Finally,with the numerical illustration of IEEE-30 Bus grid,the rationality and feasibility has been validated.
