摘要
针对AMT车辆坡道起步离合器控制的技术难点,对车辆坡道起步的受力情况及坡道起步离合器的接合过程进行了详细的研究;分析了影响AMT坡道起步离合器接合规律的主要因素,并指明了离合器接合速度的控制方法.最后在MATLAB/Simulink环境中建立了AMT车辆坡道起步的整车仿真模型,并进行了仿真.结果表明,这种坡道起步离合器接合速度控制方法是可行和有效的.
Aiming at the technical difficulties of AMT vehicle clutch control when hill starting, the stress state and the clutch engage-ment process of the vehicle when hill starting was studied in detail. The main factors influencing the clutch engagement of AMT hill starting were analyzed adequately, and the clutch speed control method was pointed out precisely. Finally, a whole vehicle simulation model of AMT hill starting was built in the MATLAB/Simulink environment and the simulation was done. The results showed that the control method of the clutch engaging speed when hill starting was proved feasible and effective.
