新旧建筑在改扩建工程中表现出的相融性——以物华大厦改扩建工程为例

Compatibility of the New Building and Old Building in Reconstruction Project ——Take Wuhua Mansion Reconstruction Project as Example

城市的发展,建筑的更替,使新旧建筑在城市中呈现出对立的趋势。但是,通过对旧建筑的改扩建设计,可以使旧建筑推陈革新,并与新建筑、新城市相融共生。鉴于对实际物华大厦改扩建工程的设计研究,探究新旧建筑间的相融性,寻求使旧建筑换发新生的设计要素。

The development of city and the changes in buildings make the new and the old buildings take on the tendency of opposition in the city. However, through newly building and expanding the old ones, which pushes us to select the refined and discard the crude, we can make it coexist and develop with new buildings and new city. Based on the research and design of the real, Wuhua Mansion reform and expansion project, we make efforts to explore the compatibility between the new buildings and old buildings, and also, look for design elements which brings the old ones renewal of life.
