Analysis of the Leakage in the Basement of A High-Rise Residential District ——From an Engineering Example

高层住宅小区地下室出现裂缝而渗漏事情时有发生,严重影响了地下室的正常使用而引起住户的不满,事后进行修补处理不仅很麻烦,且效果大都不如愿。为防患于未然,本文对典型工程实例从设计和施工两方面进行剖析,以便从中吸取一些经验教训。

The leakage caused by cracks in the basement of a high-rise residential district occurs from time to time ,seriously affecting the normal use of the basement and arising the dissatisfaction of households. Furthermore,afterwards repair processing is not only cumbersome but also can not achieve what one wishes.As a precaution,we analyzed the typical project from both the design and construction part,in order to get some experience.
