摘要
为了确保列车的安全运行,25T客车行车安全监测诊断系统已经在全铁路广泛应用,通过对列车级网络架构的深入研究,分析了LonWorks列车级网络管理板卡在整个构架中的作用和地位,并在此基础上对系统的硬件系统进行了更新研究,主要对板卡进行了芯片的更新换代,解决了系统的硬件供应链问题,为系统的长期应用和维护奠定了坚实基础。在完成相关软硬件设计的基础上进行了实车试验,验证了设计的可行性和正确性。
To ensure the safety of train travelling. 25T passenger train security monitoring and diagnosis system has been widely used in the whole railway of China. In this paper, we analyze the role and position of LonWorks network management boards of train level in the architecture through researching the network architecture of train level deeply, and on this basis, research tire update of hardware system, mainly replace the main chips on board, solve the problem of system hardware supply chain, build a solid foundation for long-- term application and maintenance of the system. After the designing of hardware and software, a real vehicle test has been done and the feasibility and correctness of the design has been verified.
