摘要
钻井液振动筛作为最关键的第一级钻井液净化设备,其优劣决定着整套固控设备的处理效果。介绍了平动椭圆振动筛、直线振动筛、双轨迹振动筛的原理、结构及技术参数,其中,S250-2平动椭圆振动筛巧妙应用了"力心理论",利用两个成角度的振动电机在筛箱上方同步反向旋转,形成平动椭圆运动轨迹,提高了净化效率;S250-5双轨迹振动筛由两个电机组成,用以实现两种轨迹的转换,结构更简单、可靠性更高。该系列振动筛综合性能良好,应用中减少了钻井液损失,提高了钻井时效,缩短了钻井周期,可广泛推广。
Drilling fluid shale shaker is the first-level drilling fluid purification equipment, whose quality determines the handling results of the overall solid control equipment. This paper makes briefings about the principles, structures and technological data of balanced elliptical oval shale shaker, linear shale shaker and dual-track shale shaker. Of those, $250-2 balanced elliptical oval shale shaker adopts the "force center theory" using two mutual angle electric vibrators on the screen box to spin counter- clockwise at the same time to form the balanced oval movement track, thus improving the purification efficiency. S250-5 dual- track shale shaker is composed of two electric engines to bring about interexchange of two tracks, with a simple structure and high reliability. This series of shale shakers functions very well and has a number of advantages, such as reducing loss of drilling fluid, improving drilling efficiency and shortening drilling period. It can be widely used in the drilling sector.
