摘要
管道下沟作业是长输油气管道工程施工中的重要工序.随着管道施工技术和装备的发展,传统的吊管带逐段间断式下沟的方式已无法满足管道施工高质量、高效率的要求.GDTJ系列管道下沟滚轮托架可实现油气管道下沟作业的机械化、流水化,工效比传统吊管带下沟方式提高了5倍以上.该设备由吊架和滚轮组两部分组成,吊架采用H型框架结构,滚轮轴承采用背对背安装,结构合理,承载力强,质量稳定可靠,应用钢管规格为φ610 mm~φ1219mm,实测下沟最高速度达35m/min,各项技术指标达到国外同类产品水平,已在陕京三线、日东管道、西气东输二线、西气东输三线等管道工程中推广应用,实现了国产化,大幅节约了购置成本,维修保养更为方便.
Lowering pipes into the ditch is an important procedure in construction of long-distance oil and gas pipelines. With development of pipeline construction technology and equipment, the traditional pipe strap method for lowering pipe into the ditch segment by segment is unable to meet the demand for high-quality and high-efficiency construction of pipelines. The GDTJ series of pipe roller cradles is helpful to mechanize construction of oil and gas pipelines and improves the working efficiency by five times as compared to the traditional pipe strap method. This equipment is composed of cradles and pipe roller. The cradle adopts a H- shape frame structure while the roller bearings are installed back-to-back, reasonable in structure, powerful in carrying capacity and reliable in quality. The specification for applied steel pipe is 4610mm to ~b1219mm. The actually-measured highest lower-in speed is 35m/min. All the technological indexes of the equipment reach the same level of its foreign counterparts. It has been already used for construction of the third Shaanxi-Beijing pipeline, the Rizhao-Dongying pipeline, the second West-East pipeline and the third West-East pipeline. It is also localized, lowering the cost for purchase and convenient in maintenance.
