摘要
在药学本科实验教学平台上进行超临界二氧化碳流体萃取实验,以牛蒡为原料,实验萃取获得牛蒡挥发油.将超临界二氧化碳萃取技术应用于药学实验教学,取得了较好的教学效果,提高了学生的学习兴趣,增强了学生的理解力.
Developing the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction technique on the platform of college pharmacy experiment teaching. Used the burdock as material and obtained volatile oil in the experiment. When the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction technique was applied in pharmacy experiment teaching, it could obtain preferable teaching effect and enhance students＇ learning interests and understanding abilities.
