调查长吉图区域高校外语教师专业发展状况,对调查结果进行分析,并提出外语教师专业发展途径,以期为外语教师的专业发展提供有益的借鉴,从而提高外语教师素质,提升高校教学质量,发挥高校的优势,促进长吉图开发开放先导区建设.

This study investigates foreign language teachers＇ professional development in Chang - Ji - Tu area, analyses the results objectively. Based on the results, constructive suggestions are made on how to enhance English teachers＇ professional development, aiming to improve foreign language teachers＇ qualities and teaching quality of colleges and universities, promote the economic construction of Chang - Ji - Tu area.
