摘要
通过实验法对健身健美运动对大学生心理健康的影响进行研究发现:健身健美运动能够促进大学生心理的健康发展.经过一个学期的实验发现,受试者躯体化、抑郁、焦虑人际关系敏感等因子与实验前相比差异非常显著,强迫、敌对、抑郁等不良情绪显著缓解,各症状阳性率显著降低,心理健康水平有显著的提高.
This study through the experimental method, to explore the relationship of aerobics and mental health of university students. The study found that: the aerobics can promote the healthy development of university students psychology, after one term experiment, subjects' somatization, depression, anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity factor compared with the pre- test, the difference is significant, compulsion, hostility, depression and other negative emotions significantly relieved the symptoms, the positive late decreased significantly, the psychological health level was improved.
