摘要
探讨光学相干断层扫描在特发性黄斑前膜手术中的作用.通过对特发性黄斑前膜30例30眼于术前和术后1周、4周分别用OCT对黄斑前膜形态进行观察,测量黄斑中心凹厚度及最佳矫正视力.结果表明根据术前OCT检查结果,以黄斑前膜最大间隙处或最厚处为起点开始剥膜,术中无出血、医源性视网膜裂孔等并发症发生,术后4周黄斑中心凹厚度明显恢复,最佳矫正视力明显提高,差异有统计学意义.OCT为客观评估特发性黄斑前膜的手术效果,减少术中并发症提供安全、有效的指导.
The objective of this paper is to study the effect of the optical coherence tomography on the effect of idi-opathic macular epiretinal membrane operation.Membrane morphology and macular foveal thickness in 30 eyes of 30 patients diagnosed as idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane are examined by OCT in the preoperative and postoperative 1 week and 4 weeks.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)is measured too.The results are as follows:According to the preoperative OCT findings,when the membrane is stripped from the largest interval or the thickest membrane,all patients do not have bleeding,iatrogenic retinal hole and other complications during surger-y.The macular foveal thickness postoperative 4 weeks show an obvious recovery.Meanwhile,BCVA improves sig-nificantly.The differences have statistical significance(P〈0.05).OCT can provide safe and effective guidance for the objective evaluation of idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane as well as the reduction of complication.
