摘要
目前高职旅游类专业为了人才培养目标的实现,大力开展校企合作,如何科学、合理的评价校企合作的成效尤为重要。本文从利益相关者角度确定了校企合作评价的主体是毕业生、企业和学校,接着构建了高职旅游类专业校企合作评价指标体系,同时以L学院酒店管理专业的校企合作为例,实证研究了该校校企合作的评价结果,并针对评价结果提出了相应的建议,为高职旅游类专业校企合作的评价研究提供了有益的参考。
To achieve the goal of talents training, tourism major of vocational colleges are making great efforts to carry out school- enterprise cooperation. Therefore, how to make a scientific and reasonable evaluation is of critical importance. From stakeholders" perspective, the paper identifies the subjects of evaluation are graduates, enterprises and colleges and then builds the evaluating in- dicator system of school-euterprise cooperation for tourism majors. A ease of hotel management major of L College is used to demon- strate the evaluation results of school-enterprise cooporation. Suggestions for the evaluation results are given as a valuable reference.
