高职教师专业发展之三元交叉互动模式探析

Analysis on Three-Element Cross-Interaction Model of Professional Development of Vocational College Teachers

高职教师专业发展是校企一体化的必然要求、高职教育区域化的前提条件、知识经济的动态发展需要,不断创新教师培养模式是促进高职教师专业发展的根本途径。高职院校、企业、大学在促进高职教师专业发展中承担着不同的角色,高职院校与企业通过产学研的有效对接、共建研发中心,高职院校与大学可以通过组建科研团队、强化师资培训、转化科研成果的互动,促进高职教师的专业发展。

The professional development of vocational college teachers is the inevitable requirement of school-enterprise integration, the precondition of regionalization of advanced vocational education, the needs of the dynamic development of knowledge econ- omy. Innovating the model of training teachers constantly is the fundamental way to promote professional development of vocational college teachers in which higher vocational colleges, enterprise, universities take on different roles. The professional development of quality teachers will be promoted by docking production, teaching and research, and establishing research and development center between higher vocational colleges and enterprise, and by interacting with scientific research team, strengthening teachers training,and transtorming scientific achievements between higher vocational colleges and universities.
