摘要
幼儿园组织与管理课程是以幼儿园管理理论为研究对象的学前教育专业必修课。由于该课程具有理论性、综合性、应用性的特点,学生对其理解、掌握、应用困难。案例分析法是理论联系实践教学的主要方法,通过案例分析可以更好地诠释理论知识,学生对理论更易接受。案例分析法教学要注重案例的选编对专业知识和理论的要求,应用时要注意目的性、实践性,注意学生的主体性、教师的评价性的要求。
The kindergarten organization and management course is a required course of pre-school education major with kindergarten management theory as the research object. Because the course has the theoretical, comprehensive, and applied characteristics, it is difficult for students to understand, master and apply. Case analysis is the main method to combine theory with practice teaching. Through the ease analysis it can better interpret theory knowledge, and students can accept the theory easily. Case analysis teaching should pay attention to the demand of the ease selection for professional knowledge and theory, the application must pay attention to the purpose, practice, main body of the students, and teachers evaluation requirements.
