摘要
对识别滚动轴承工艺故障原理进行阐述,提出了轴承振动测试及故障诊断系统的总体框架,对系统的机械装置进行了分析,在通过传感器得到的轴承信号后,利用小波的分解与重构降噪来处理这些信息,再通过Matlab进行实现信号的消噪处理.
This article first elaborates the principle for identifying the faults of rolling bearing technology, then proposes the overall framework of bearing vibration testing and fault diagnosis system. The mechanism of the system is analyzed, after the signal of a bearing is obtained by the sensor, wavelet decomposition and reconstruction of the noise reduction are used to deal with this information, then the signal de - noising is processed through the Matlah.
