由于设计不合理和频繁开停炉等原因,6高炉开炉后不久,炉腰部位经常发红,给生产带来了很大的影响,通过压力压浆、加大冷却水冷却、安装炉皮喷水、减弱边缘气流等综合治理措施,炉皮发红现象得以控制,保证高炉安全生产.
Due to unreasonable designs and frequent operation of blowing - in and blowing - out of No. 6 blast furnace, the belly become red out of high temperature soon after blow - in and it has big influence on the production. We adopt a series of comprehensive measures such as pressure grouting, intensifying cooling by increasing cooling water, installing water - spraying devices for furnace shell and attenuating marginal gas flow to thoroughly solve the problem and ensure that the blast furnace runs safely.
