摘要
从人才培养目标、教学过程和教学管理工作三个方面分析了高校中外合作办学中存在的文化冲突问题,提出了培养学生的批判性思维;改变中外教师合作模式,转换教师角色和定位;完善课程设置和教学大纲,建立健全科学的教学评估和质量保障系统等培养学生、教师和管理者跨文化意识的途径。
This article revealed the intercultural conflicts in the aspects of talents training objective, teaching process and teaching management of Sino-foreign joint higher learning programs. It, thus, suggests that a complete mechanism be established through reforming curricular setup and syllabus, perfecting teaching assessment and quality oversight, transforming teachers cooperative approach and roles and positions, innovating teaching modes, targeting training learners' critical thinking and comparatively comprehending Chinese and Western culture, to cultivate students, teachers and administrators' cross-cultural awareness.
