稀土稀有矿综合利用及其尾矿资源化工艺试验

摘要 以内蒙古重稀有金属、铌、锆为主的碱性花岗岩稀有金属矿为研究对象,根据有关矿物工艺矿物学性质,通过磁性抛尾、重选抛尾、选择性磨矿试验等相关研究,确定了合适的抛尾方式和入选粒度,采用磁选—浮选—重选联合工艺流程对有用矿物进行了综合回收。试验结果表明:磁选—浮选—重选联合工艺流程解决了此类矿石中有用矿物嵌布粒度小、难以单体解离、综合回收率低的缺点,并最终获得了REO品位为38.005%、回收率为63.26%的稀土精矿;Nb2O5品位为7.752%、回收率为55.48%的铌精矿;Zr(Hf)O2品位为53.554%、回收率为69.21%的锆(铪)精矿。 Using granite rare metals, mainly o! molamm and zlrcomum, m inner Mongona as re- search object, the optimal tailings discarding mode and feeding size was determined through magnetic separation, gravity separation and selective grinding tests according to the mineralogy properties. Compre- hensive recovery of the ore was achieved through magnetic separation, flotation and gravity separation u- nited process. The results showed that magnetic separation, flotation and gravity separation united process solve the problems of valuable minerals distributed in fine grains and hard to liberate, and low recovery of valuable minerals. Rare earth concentrate with REO grade of 38. 005% and recovery of 63.26% , niobi- um concentrate with Nb205 grade of 7. 752% and recovery of 7. 752%, zirconium (hafnium) concentra- tion with Zr(Hf) 02 grade of 53. 554% and recovery of 53. 554% was achieved separately. The useful minerals in the ore such disseminated extent is small, hard monomer dissociation, the shortcomings of comprehensive recovery rate is low, and eventually won the.
