无毒“长富2”苹果幼树成花措施的研究

STUDIES ON THE FLOWER-INDUCING TECHNOLOGY FOR JUVENILE VIRUS-FREE NAGANOFUJI No 2 APPLES

1998～ 1999年 ,针对无毒富士苹果幼树成花难的问题 ,开展了无毒“长富 2”苹果幼树成花措施的研究 ,明确了在冀中南地区环剥仍是乔砧无毒“长富 2”苹果幼树成花的主要措施 ,无毒“长富 2”苹果幼树需环剥 2次 ,壮幼树需环剥 3次即可达到理想的花量、产量标准 ;生长调节剂 6 -BA促发副梢的效果非常显著 ,并具有成花的作用 ;5月下旬环剥 1次 ,7月中旬喷布 30 0mg L的 6 -BA 。

s:From 1988 to 1999, with virus-free Naganofuji No 2 apple as materials, the study was conducted aimed to solve the problem of that the juvenile virus-free Fuji apple is difficult to induce, trunk girdling is still the very important method to induce flowers for seedling juvenile apples; generally, two times of trunk girdling is needed for juvenile apples, vigorously growing juvenile apples need three times to get a ideal amount of flowers and a ideal production. Also, the growth regulator 6-BA has very distinct effects on the sprout of accessory bud, some of them can become flowers. Trunk girdling in later May followed by the application of 300 mg/L 6-BA in middle July, can get a equivalent flower-inducing effect as two times trunk girding.
