摘要
分别用石油醚和甲醇浸提 8种杨树枝条韧皮部 ,测定提取液对光肩星天牛幼虫羧酸酯酶活力的影响。试验表明 :新疆杨石油醚提取液的影响与加拿大杨之间存在显著差异 ;新疆杨甲醇提取液的影响与毛白杨、山海关杨、I- 2 14杨、北京杨之间 ,J -杨、加拿大杨与山海关杨、I- 2 14杨、北京杨之间 。
Shoot phloems from eight poplar species were soaked in the solotions of petroleum ether or methanol, and the effects of their extracts on the activity of carboxylesterase of the larvae of Anoplophora glabripennis were tested. The results showed that the influence of the petroleum ether extract from Populus alba var. pyramidalis on the activity of carboxylesterase was significantly different with that of the extracts from P. canadensis. For methanol extracts, significant differences were found either between P alba var. pyramidalis and P tomentosa, P canadensis cv.“shanhaiguanensis”, P ×euraericana cv.“I-214” and P ×beijingensis or between poplar J-2 together with P canadensis and P canadensis cv.“shanhaiguanensis”,P ×euraericana cv.“I-214” and P ×beijingenis.
